Service Description
Our birthday party rentals are designed to give you a fun, stress-free experience. Each booking includes 4 hours of exclusive use: 30 minutes for setup 3 hours for your party 30 minutes to tidy toys and clear your décor 🎉 Base Package: $300 Enhance your event with a variety of add-on options tailored to your needs. We look forward to helping you create a memorable party for your special day!
Cancellation Policy
Damage & Responsibility A damage deposit is not required; however, the renter is fully responsible for any damage that occurs during their event and will be invoiced for repair or replacement costs as necessary. Party Guidelines Socks Required: All attendees must wear socks while inside the facility. Decorations: Balloons are permitted in the snack room only and must be kept out of children’s reach. Food & Beverages: All food and drinks must remain in the snack room. Cleanup: Janitorial services are provided; however, renters are required to tidy toys and remove personal décor before leaving. We recommend reserving 30 minutes at the end of your booking for this purpose. Arrival & Cancellations A CHIPS representative will be on site to greet you and provide access at the start of your rental. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled with no refund issued.
