BECOME A MEMBER!
Our group is only as good as our members - and you guys are AWESOME!
As you know, CHIPS is a non-profit organization with the goal of putting play first for our kids! We want to allow this to be an affordable option for everyone, so with our minimal $20 half-year membership fee, we do ask for your help with a few things - toy washes, fundraisers, and party snacks. You can find more information on these below. If you prefer not to participate in these options, we will accept cash in lieu. Please email us for more information on this.
WITH FUNDRAISING: $40 per child to a maximum of $120 per family or dayhome gives you access to CHIPS anytime we are open! Accepted payment method is only Interac E-transfer at this time.
NON-FUNDRAISING: $300 per child per year OR $50 per child per month
Participate in up to two toy washes (one must occur within 60 days of becoming a CHIPS member). Toy washes are schedules about once per month and don't take longer than 2 hours.
Toy washes this year are planned for the FOURTH THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH (aside from December, no toy wash)
Participate in two fundraisers during the year. This is what keeps membership costs low and will allow CHIPS to stay afloat during this pandemic and beyond.
Fundraisers planned for 22/23 season are:
October: Scoops Cookie Dough (orders are due Oct 28th)
December: 50/50 Holiday Raffle
January: Wilhauk Jerky + Sausage
February - March: Chocolate Almonds
Spring 2023: Arber Greenhouse Gift Cards
All members must volunteer for one large event per year (Christmas or year-end party),
as well as two toy wash dates.
Members will be asked to sign up for two parties per year to bring a pre-packaged snack (bear paws, gold fish, juice boxes, etc.)
