PARTY RENTAL FAQ

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Yes, you can bring in your own food. All food must stay in the designated eating area (Our Snack Room) and must be completely cleaned up after your visit. We have a microwave and fridge available, but we require all food and beverages be removed after your visit.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE?

The maximum capacity for our space is 60 people.

CAN I BRING BALLOONS & DECORATIONS?

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, balloons are welcome but must stay in the snack room and kept out of children’s reach. CHIPS is not responsible for any injuries or misuse of balloons during your event. Decorations are also welcome, but we ask that they be hung using Command Hooks or the hooks already provided in the space. Please note that any damage to the walls, paint, or facility caused by decorations will be the responsibility of the party host. We appreciate your help in keeping our space fun, festive, and safe for everyone!

DO YOU HAVE A BATHROOM IN YOUR SPACE?

Yes, we have both a male and a female bathroom available; however, we generally keep the first bathroom open as a family-friendly space. This washroom includes four stalls, three sinks, and a convenient change table, making it suitable for guests of all ages. It is located just down the hall from the gym and kitchen area for easy access.

HOW DO THE THEME PARTIES AND ADD-ONS WORK?

GLITTER TATTOOS: A volunteer will set up the tattoo station, help the party guests choose their tattoos, and apply them. They will also clean up the station at the end of the party. Prices vary based on the number of tattoos needed.

MOVIE, GLOW, AND DANCE PARTIES: The volunteer will set up each specific type of party for your enjoyment.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

CHIPS is designed for children 0 to 10 years of age. However, for a birthday party, we ask that children over the age of 10 not play on the ride-on toys as we are only insured up to that age.

They are however invited to play along side the younger children in a safe manner.

HOW WILL I GET IN ON THE WEEKEND?

A board member will unlock and lock the doors for you; this way, if you have any questions, we can answer them for you. A volunteer or Board member is also present for the duration of your party should you have any questions or need anything during your party time.

“Birthdays are nature’s way of telling us to eat more cake.”
