To become a member of C.H.I.P.S. you :

• Print a REGISTRATION FORM and fill it out and bring it into C.H.I.P.S.
• Pick a party ( Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, St. Patricks, or Yearend) that you would either like to bring a snack to or sign up to be part of the clean up crew.
• Pick a toy wash date (see calendar tab for toywash dates).
• Pay the membership fee of $40.00 per child to a maximum of $100.00 per family.
• Give two deposit cheques of $150.00 to be kept to make sure the fundraising obligations are met and will be given back to you when at the annual general meeting.
• Give one deposit cheque of $150.00 for the toy wash to make sure the obligation is met and will be given back at the annual general meeting.
